The Design for Plastics Circularity Challenge 2024 Grand Finale is Here!



After months of hard work, the Design for Plastics Circularity Challenge 2024, organised in partnership with Dow, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), has reached its final stage! Originally launched by Dow in Shanghai, China, this challenge invites university students to develop forward-thinking solutions that drive plastics circularity and advance sustainability in plastics industry.

With over 50 innovation ideas submitted, from plastics waste management technologies to innovative plastics packaging and methods to reuse plastics waste, 10 teams have been chosen as finalists. These teams will exhibit their innovations to the public, and we are thrilled to announce that the Champion for Malaysia will be revealed on the Final Day!
